About Us:
I have been in the culinary industry for over 42 years and have held positions from Line Cook to Executive Chef. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Scottsdale in 2011, I wanted to open a small bistro, but after doing a cost analysis, I found it to be less expensive to operate a food truck and be able to drive to where the festtivals were instead of waiting for people to show up. For the next few years, I did my research, created a 5 year business plan and shopped for funding options.
Once my wife died suddenly in 2023, I wanted to fulfill our dream of owning a food truck and I had one custom built by Prime Design in Tempe and we were on the road in March 2024 and haven't looked back!

We saw this concept in Europe when visiting our adult children. We came home and did some research and realized that next to no one was doing this here in the USA. So our journey began building ‘Za Zone Pizza Cone in January of 2024 with the purchase of our trailer and 15 mon this later we are ready to rumble.
