Chef TJ found the biggest key to preparing good, healthy, foods is using wholesome ingredients from locally owned and operated farms. In addition, food selection according to the appropriate season is imperative to achieve maximum flavor and health benefits. Mama Dukes is committed to providing hearty, high quality cuisine, which comforts the soul and excites the taste buds just like Mama used to make.

About Us:
I started this business when my husband was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and we were no longer able to do home improvement together. We took our Great Dane George with us everywhere so we created this business so we could still spend time with George while we worked! We have added another Great Dane , Oscar to our family. Both dogs accompany us to all of our events unless the event coordinator prefers that they do not attend the event.
We attend festivals, private parties, birthdays, retirement, employee appreciation, etc

Michael's Lunchbox is the first actual restaurant style venture branching off of Blake Caters LLC. The idea was developed from wanting to serve some of our specialties on a daily basis instead of just for big catering orders. Although we have a primary location we're also able to travel and pull up to events around the country and bring what we love to do to the masses. Most mobile businesses use frozen items for the majority of there dishes but our burgers are fresh and handmade, fresh seafood, and hand-battered meats as well as the sides and customer service just sets us apart from other food trucks.
