Michael's Lunchbox is the first actual restaurant style venture branching off of Blake Caters LLC. The idea was developed from wanting to serve some of our specialties on a daily basis instead of just for big catering orders. Although we have a primary location we're also able to travel and pull up to events around the country and bring what we love to do to the masses. Most mobile businesses use frozen items for the majority of there dishes but our burgers are fresh and handmade, fresh seafood, and hand-battered meats as well as the sides and customer service just sets us apart from other food trucks.
