As a teacher with a passion for falafel sandwiches , my love for these dishes began back home. When I moved here I struggled to find the familiar flavors I had grown up with especially the ingredients I used to enjoy. That's when I decided to start making my favorite dishes on my own, adding my own special touches to each one. This journey led me to start my food trailer, where I can share mu love for falafel, chicken shawerma and other delicious creations with everyone, blending my background and experiences into every dish.

About Us:
What started as cooking for family quickly became a hobby that got out of control. Friends and family began asking that we cook for them and then they offered to pay if we would cook. We were asked to to a tent pop up event in December 2022 and that quickly grew into a brand new food trailer in September 2023.
We limit the number of events we do to a couple per month since we both still work full time and like to spend time with kids and grandkids when we have an open weekend.
Owned and operated by Keith and Teresa Reid
