About Us:
I have been in the cooking business for 30 years and worked in over 29 restaurants, hotels, and Theme parks. I have been a sous chef, head chef, I have worked in Michelin star kitchens. I have won many awards for my cooking, included a gold medal for a culinary Olympics.
Now I am featured as a food vendor in Baycare cafes. And now I expand to be mobile with a food trailer ,to bring more of my food to a bigger audience.

About Us:
An Italian Affair opened its doors in March 1995 in Massena NY. We started in a small 1200 square foot building seating eight, concentrating on pick up and delivery. In 2007 we did a total building transformation, adding seating for 100 and added a beer and wine list to the menu. One of the reasons An Italian Affair has been so popular with our customers is the quality of food and the large portions. Since 2019 We have been running our concession trailer at local events in Tampa and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to working at your venue in the future.
