My name is Omer, and I have spent more than 25 years working in the food industry, learning the importance of quality ingredients, authentic recipes, and exceptional customer service. Throughout my journey, I have always believed that great food has the power to bring people together, create memories, and connect different cultures.
As someone proud of my Turkish roots, I wanted to share the flavors I grew up with while embracing the vibrant food culture of America. That's why I created TurcoVan Shawarma—a food truck that combines authentic Turkish street food with American favorites. Our menu features freshly prepared shawarma wraps, handcrafted smash burgers, homemade sauces, and unique recipes inspired by both traditions.
