I learned how to cook at a very young age, watching my grandma cook big meals. By 23 years old I had 4 children and a husband so I cooked every day. I had big Sunday dinners at my house for all my family and friends for years and quickly my house became the family Holiday house. I started catering for parties in 1995, many asked me when I was going to open a restaurant but I decided to get a food truck in 2018.
