About Us
We are a small family operation. Erik and Mary dreamed of opening a Barbecue restaurant since first married. When their youngest son was born with special needs, they wanted to ensure he always had a place to work and meet new friends. We serve at our restaurant in Fountain Hills, and our Food trucks! We also do caterings for any event even weddings!
Our Food
We serve up some amazing BBQ, which includes our Tantalizing Brisket, tasty Pulled Pork, Honey Glazed Ribs, and Juicy Cajun Turkey. We also do sandwiches with our Brisket, pork, and turkey. Thats just our meat we have some amazing sides including Mac and cheese, Cowboy Beans, Sweet Jalapeño coleslaw, loaded potato salad, Green Beans with Pork Belly, and last but not least our famous Corn Bread!
Signature Dish: The Duke - Brisket sandwich topped with slaw and our house BBQ sauce.
