This stared with Efren (owner) having a dream of becoming his own boss, he is successful thanks to the support of his wife and kids and now support from the second family. His cooking began with his mother where he learned to cook. He has also worked in many different types of cuisine and has learned a lot of witch he has integrated into what now make Tacos Gutierrez food truck. We have been in business for 7 years and have been thieving. we have been to may fairs, schools, and other events around Orange County, LA county and San Bernardino County. we also thank all of our customers and all the follower in our social media.

Starting his career in San Francisco, CA he’s honed his skills in French and Japanese restaurants before relocating to Orange County, where he has continued his career working in Hotels and Universities, where the menus varied seasonally, and most recently, designed menus for over a year ensuring quality, sustainability, and diversity.
