JC founded Asian Burger LLC, he was born in the city of Xi’an in China, it is a city that carries many authentic cultures from the Tang Dynasty. The Asian Burger was one of the dishes that was invented in ancient times, now it has become one of the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China. JC was inspired by traditional food from the Tang Dynasty, he chose to continue developing delicious Chinese traditional food. The traditional Asian Burger only had pork, and JC added more meat and veggie choices for everyone across the world to enjoy.

I moved out to California from Wisconsin to pursue my dream of owning my own burger shop. When covid hit I thought it was the perfect opportunity to start popping up and getting the word out. Things have really taken off and word has gotten around that we may just have the best burgers in LA!

As a young boy growing up in Chicago, my grandmother owned a restaurant. Everyone from the neighborhood knew my grandmother, and everyone loved her food. I remember being so moved by the love everyone showed my grandmother and her food! It ultimately became a life long dream of mine to one day be able to have my own restaurant too. Through dedication and perseverance, I am beyond blessed and honored to be gifted an opportunity of my own to do that with Munchies, Where Happy Meets Hungry.

My mother happened to be a chef working in some of the best five-star restaurants around. My food is not only inspired by her but by a long family legacy. A legacy of cooking one would say with the mind of a Natural Path, which was borne by our great great great grandparents. Most notably our renowned great Grand Father who trained with the best natural paths during the early 1900's; to enhance the family's knowledge base which was derived from over 250 years of prior history. Our main ingredients are the freshest available, and 100% Organic! No GMO, No Antibiotics -even the sneaky ones.
