Located in Southern Riverside County, URBN Market Fusion is Temecula Valley’s favorite Asian Fusion food vendor! With our Food Truck, Pop-Up, and Catering Menu, we are at the forefront of flavor and fusion. Founded in 2016 by Chef Justin Mabunay, a culinary veteran with over 14 years of professional experience, we started as a modest catering operation before evolving into one of the region’s most beloved Asian American fusion food trucks.
We are an AAPI and family-owned business creating exciting new dishes for our customers! Some our favorites include our Dragon Style, which is Spicy Mayo, Unagi Sauce, Furikake, Scallions and Bonito Flakes!
We popup all over Temecula Valley and beyond! You can find this at a bunch of local wineries, breweries, and festivals! With our vibrant and approachable brand, we have cultivated a loyal community both in person and online via Instagram. We also work hard to come out with monthly specials to keep our audience happy with new items as well as their beloved favorites.
Catering is also a big part of what we do. Whether it's a backyard party, a large corporate event, or just a small family gathering, we work hard to make sure we have an option that fits the event. Our extensive catering menu can be modified to accommodate any dietary restriction.
