Our Head Chef and Owner Richard Apalategui has worked in restaurants of all types of cuisines. Starting his career in San Francisco, CA he’s honed his skills in French and Japanese restaurants before relocating to Orange County, where he has continued his career working in Hotels and Universities, where the menus varied seasonally, and most recently, designed menus for over a year ensuring quality, sustainability, and diversity.

My partner has been a chef for many years, working for some high profile restaurants and he wanted to do something for himself. I have always been a "Foodie", I love delicious food, but not just delicious food, delicious new foods. There's nothing better than eating something, I have never tried before and being surprised by how good it tastes, there's an experience there. We like to create and to be different than other culinary experiences you have had with just a twist here and a tweek there, we turn soups into tacos, sandwiches into egg rolls, smoked salmon BLT'S and much more. Our imaginations are the limits.
