Hello, All my name is Destiney Sinclair. My business name is Babi It'z So Deelyciousss L.L.C. Let's start from the very beginning of my food truck/Catering journey. I have always loved to cook. My family always gathered my loved ones together through food. I would always be the child sitting in the kitchen soaking up generations of recipes. From middle school to college, I was always cooking for those closest to me.
So, at 22 years of age, I was working an office job. I was also in school to get my masters degree. Feeling overwhelmed from work and school, I began to create a vision board for the goals that I wanted to accomplish. One thing on that list was to eventually own a food truck.
I started trying different ethnic foods and I was mastering each dish, while also adding my own style to each dish. As I continued to try new dishes, I realized that the kitchen was my place of peace and serenity.I found myself sitting in my car outside my home, and I decided that day that I was done with the job and school. I told myself that it was now or never to make my dream come true of being a food truck owner. I decided to delve deep into what it took to become a food truck owner. After months of planning, I purchased my food trailer in July of 2023. And did my first sale about two months later.
Now, I am looking to expand my margins and reach different crowds of people. I want people from all walks of life to be able to have access delicious cuisines such as mine.
