We are a family owned and operated up and coming specialty eggroll business. My late grandmother and mother created this amazing pork eggroll recipe that has come to be a family favorite and tradition for our holidays now. It gave me the inspiration for our truck. I have come up with quite a few more awesome specialty eggroll recipes, from southwest chicken to a maple bacon burger inspired eggroll.
