I started this somewhat as an homage to my grandfather who always loved to fire up the grill in the summer time and would not do so unless you had bought 50 lbs of meat (exaggeration of course, well maybe). Some of the things I’ve put on the menu so far have taken me right back to my childhood and I want some of that for my customers.
