Cap’n Mike’s Tiki Boat is owned by Michael Fallon. Thanks to you he is able to serve the community with passion. While in the Marines, he loved helping people and didn’t want to stop. His mission is to continue to thrive and grow his food boat business. We are based out of Plymouth, MA just south of Boston. We are here to make paradise just a little bit better by serving beachgoers and foodies our delicious food and drink. Pioneering the mobile food boat industry is not something we take lightly. The Uhlman’s Ice Cream Truck was our way of taking that classic hometown sweetness on the road. From neighborhood block parties to campus events and brewery nights, we’re all about bringing the ice cream shop experience straight to you.
What started as a small idea has turned into one of our favorite traditions. Our truck has rolled up to festivals, weddings, schools, and fire stations across Massachusetts — serving cones, sundaes, and a whole lot of happiness. Wherever the day takes us, we’re there to make it a little sweeter.
