And practice anything long enough. You find yourself mastering it. Ultimately it led to having a breakthrough with sirloin steak. Discovered my own blend of seasonings paired for a very specific taste on my sirloin steak tips that that taste incredible. Cooks the meat well through but keeps it extremely tender.
