We have been involved in the Hospitality/service industry for over a decade! During COVID a lot of restaurants and bars closed for a brief period time and some of them did not rehire their full time staff and management in order to try and save the expense on labor while there was great uncertainty in this world. Jobless with a ton of experience we decided to work odd jobs during the pandemic in order to save up enough money to open up our very own restaurant on wheels! We wanted to offer a menu that could cater to people of all ages and dietary restrictions to make sure we truly have something for everyone!
Come 2021 we made the trip from NJ down to VA in order to help start our business a little quicker, because at the time the mandates were a little looser and the abundance of opportunity in this area could not be surpassed. We wanted to incorporate our NJ culture and the type of sandwiches and cuisine we offer to the great people of the DMV area. We try to offer a creative menu to our customers that will hopefully having them coming back for more! Fresh and quality ingredients are our backbone and how we think we really differentiate ourselves from our competition!! Come try us out and get greasey!

Our family was one of the first to introduce the Greek Burger to outdoor events and festivals. We use the same high-quality ingredients at our outdoor events as we do in our restaurant. Our friendly staff is always prepared to feed thousands. Our first priority is cleanliness and the protection of our employees and those we serve. We are proud to be Serve Safe certified.
