We love everything fantasy & medieval and it shows in our new dessert trailer, from our sweet treats, drinks, and even our uniforms! Our menu changes each week, but always includes a variety of desserts, snacks, and drinks. Treats include: waffle horns, cake pops, cookies, cake slices/jars, & soft-baked pretzels, plus a rotation of other desserts, breakfast pastries/breads, brownies, & candies.
For warmer months, we offer Snowies--a creamy frozen drink in a variety of yummy flavors. In colder months, we offer hot chocolate with a variety of delicious toppings. We always have Buttercreambeer, Peasant Sodas, & Witch's Brew Cold Brew Coffee!

About Us:
I have always loved working in the restaurant business and as a Navy wife it was easy finding waitressing positions that fit our schedule when we would transfer to new duty stations. I have dreamed of opening my own restaurant someday and when the opportunity to purchase a food trailer came along I couldn't pass it up. The trailer was used for cotton candy and popcorn at events and we kept that along with adding waffle dogs and stick waffles. It has been fun and exciting experimenting with different waffle recipes including a yummy cinnamon bun waffle that was a big seller at a recent event.
