About Us:
Well I started off Owning a Bar in the Downtown Racine Area which a Fryer was in the building so I start doing my grandmothers Catfish with a new flip too it and Bam! It took off which I opened to restaurants after that that did good even in Covid but in the mix of all that the buildings were sold sold I had to look for a new one but I thought a food truck a be a great idea ! Now I can move around and let others thats not close too me try this famous Catfish of ours and other foods as well … So this our 1st year wirh the trailer and it’s been going great !!!..
