Amore de la Cucina Food Truck

Waukesha County, western Milwaukee County

Two of us run the truck, we are both of Italian origin, one from Italy. We are very passionate about our food and have been entertaining family for decades. It was suggested that we try and make it our profession and we did.

Italian beef sandwich, Meatball sandwich, Eggplant sandwich, deep fried mozzarella sticks with home marinara. We bake our own Italian and Ciabatta rolls; we make our own hot and mild giardiniera; we make stuffed mozzarella sticks which contain pepperoni and spinach and mushrooms.
