JC founded Asian Burger LLC, he was born in the city of Xi’an in China, it is a city that carries many authentic cultures from the Tang Dynasty. The Asian Burger was one of the dishes that was invented in ancient times, now it has become one of the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China. JC was inspired by traditional food from the Tang Dynasty, he chose to continue developing delicious Chinese traditional food. The traditional Asian Burger only had pork, and JC added more meat and veggie choices for everyone across the world to enjoy.

I remember being so moved by the love everyone showed my grandmother and her food! It ultimately became a life long dream of mine to one day be able to have my own restaurant too. Through dedication and perseverance, I am beyond blessed and honored to be gifted an opportunity of my own to do that with Munchies, Where Happy Meets Hungry.
