The first Burger 21 location opened in the Westchase area of Tampa, Fla., in November 2010 bringing people of all ages together to enjoy innovative and delicious recipes for gourmet burgers, fries, salads, shakes and more in a modern and fun environment. I decided to open up Fit Smoothie because during my time playing college football at UCF and then playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, I found myself to be making either a smoothie or a protein shake twice a day. I think I just perfected the recipe that I became addicted to them and being an athlete it was a great snack or meal replacement that wasn’t full of sugar and I didn’t have any guilt for afterwards, haha.

We also wanted to keep it simple but delicious. No more bags and watered down dipping sauces, instead lets dip them fresh from the boil into a homemade Cajun garlic butter and top it with a blend of MORE Cajun seasoning.
