About Us
Sweet Seoul started with a simple idea: bring bold, comforting food to the community while building something meaningful from years of experience in the kitchen. After more than two decades cooking and baking—especially perfecting gourmet cheesecakes from scratch—I wanted to create a food concept that blended creativity, flavor, and a sense of fun. Korean street food has always stood out to me because of its balance of spice, sweetness, and texture, and pairing those savory flavors with rich, homemade cheesecakes created a menu that is both unique and memorable.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran and longtime member of the Oak Creek community, building Sweet Seoul is also about giving back to the area that shaped me. I’m a 2001 Oak Creek High School graduate and previously served as founder and co-director of the Evening of Blessings Thanksgiving Dinner at the Oak Creek Community Center. Sweet Seoul reflects that same spirit of community—using high-quality ingredients, supporting local suppliers when possible, and bringing people together at festivals, markets, and events across Southeast Wisconsin. Every order helps grow a small, locally owned business that is built on passion, perseverance, and a love for great food.

Our Food
Sweet Seoul offers a menu centered on Korean-inspired street food and gourmet cheesecakes. Savory menu items include Korean tacos with bulgogi beef or Korean fried chicken, tteokbokki (spicy Korean rice cakes), Korean fried chicken, mandu egg rolls (Korean dumplings), and Korean-style rice bowls served with seasoned proteins, vegetables, and house-made sauces. The menu also features homemade kimchi and Korean-inspired condiments to complement the savory dishes. For dessert, Sweet Seoul specializes in premium baked cheesecakes, including flavors such as pecan pie cheesecake, turtle cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, mint chocolate chip cheesecake, carrot cake cheesecake, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, and fudge brownie chocolate chip cheesecake, with slices available for individual purchase and whole cheesecakes offered for catering and special orders.
