I'm Ida, a proud Italian and the owner/founder of Dat's Nice Italian Ice & Nan's Specialty Lemonade.

I create all my drinks and desserts from scratch using my own proprietary formulas and authentic recipes passed down through generations. Growing up on Long Island, New York, I developed a passion for water ice as a classic summer treat and delicious lemonade. For me, Italian ice and lemonade evoke feelings of home and joy, and I'm thrilled to bring the fresh flavors of Italy to North Texas.
