About Us:
My name is Sunshine. On November 17, 2023, we opened a brick and mortar restaurant at 100 N. Mc Graw in Forney, TX in addition to the food trailer. My deceased grandmother called me Sunshine I started this business as a way to keep a legacy of good food going after my grandmother passed away in 2019. She loved to cook and taught me everything I know. She would say, "Good food is the universal love language that can bring people from all over together if it's cooked with love". So far she's been right. I use family receipes from the sauces my dad and brother created to the various receipes passed down from both my deceased grandmother's (Madea and Betty Baby)

About Us:
We are a family owned and operated business. We started our truck after my mission trip to Honduras. I saw first-hand how well the Serve Hope Missions were taking care of the coffee farmers in Honduras and additionally helping with the water filters. I have always wanted to own a coffeeshop and the truck turned out to be a great start. For every 10lbs of coffee we sell from our Honduras farmers, a water filter is purchased for a family in Honduras. My husband thoroughly enjoys smoothies, so we began experimenting with smoothies and a healthy alternative for energy shots. They have turned out exceptional. Recently, our hot chocolates have also been highly desired!
