My name is Sunshine. On November 17, 2023, we opened a brick and mortar restaurant at 100 N. Mc Graw in Forney, TX in addition to the food trailer. My deceased grandmother called me Sunshine I started this business as a way to keep a legacy of good food going after my grandmother passed away in 2019. She loved to cook and taught me everything I know. She would say, "Good food is the universal love language that can bring people from all over together if it's cooked with love". So far she's been right. I use family receipes from the sauces my dad and brother created to the various receipes passed down from both my deceased grandmother's (Madea and Betty Baby)

I serve farm- raised catfish and flavored wings made from family receipes. Cooked to order served fresh and hot. Signature Dish:  Madea's Catfish and Lemon Pepper (Wet) Wing sauce AKA "crack sauce"
