Cooking has always been a past time that I enjoyed, but I felt as though remaining in the construction industry was the only way I would be able to support my family. Cooking became my time to relax and unwind with family and friends. Whenever I had free time, you could find me watching cooking shows, BBQ competitions, or anything involving cooking, grilling, and/or smoking on tv. I started to envision my hobby becoming more than just fun for my spare time. After catering a few weddings and events for friends, the overwhelming positive feedback I received was exactly what I needed to finally take a leap of faith, quit my day job, and venture into the food truck world. I'd always heard when you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life, and I've found that to be true. I love what I do and I continue to enjoy experimenting with new flavors and recipes. I personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed when you book Bussin BBQ for your next event.
