At Eat Da Meats, our mission is to create delicious food options that make our customers never want to stop eating. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran owned business, and the only thing less salty than our two Retired Sailor owners is our food. We believe that good food should be accessible to everyone, so our goal is become a staple on different military bases in the area. However, civilians are just as deserving of an awesome meal, so we will absolutely be offering private catering and, ultimately, a food truck option for the public as well.
We believe that the key to great food is great ingredients. That's why we only use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes. We source our meats from local vendors, and we are committed to using fresh, never frozen meats and veggies from local farmers whenever possible. We also make everything from scratch in our kitchen, so you can be sure that your meal is fresh and flavorful.

About Us:
Well I started off Owning a Bar in the Downtown Racine Area which a Fryer was in the building so I start doing my grandmothers Catfish with a new flip too it and Bam! It took off which I opened to restaurants after that that did good even in Covid but in the mix of all that the buildings were sold sold I had to look for a new one but I thought a food truck a be a great idea ! Now I can move around and let others thats not close too me try this famous Catfish of ours and other foods as well … So this our 1st year wirh the trailer and it’s been going great !!!..
