About Us:
This all started in 2021 as a dream. We started selling lemonade and mini donuts from a 10 by 10 pop up tent. In 2022 we expanded and purchased our first trailer. We stuck to food we love; hot dogs, nachos and a rotating variety of other foods. Our plan is to eventually purchase another trailer and expand our business to new areas and more opportunities.

About Us:
Well I started off Owning a Bar in the Downtown Racine Area which a Fryer was in the building so I start doing my grandmothers Catfish with a new flip too it and Bam! It took off which I opened to restaurants after that that did good even in Covid but in the mix of all that the buildings were sold sold I had to look for a new one but I thought a food truck a be a great idea ! Now I can move around and let others thats not close too me try this famous Catfish of ours and other foods as well … So this our 1st year wirh the trailer and it’s been going great !!!..

We are from a small town in WI. We started with just Kettle corn and now we run a full service truck. We can do the sweets to the steak. The steak bites are flying off the truck and our mini donuts are rolling right out with them.
Just some good old back yard style of cooking. Get the steak bits with some homemade potatoes salad... You won't be disappointed.
