About Us
Big Blue Wrap and Roll is a New Jersey food truck and catering services company, owned and operated by two brothers, Peter and Tom Boyle. After a number of years of working in various restaurants in NJ and FL, Chef Pete decided that he wanted to share his creations with the community and show that good-tasting food can be high quality AND affordable.
