During the pandemic and quarantine. I started looking for an Ice cream shop to open and make money during the summer months. One day I got on facebook marketplace searching for ice cream shops and I saw my first Italian Ice trailer for sale.
I made an appointment to see it, and purchase that day. I’ve been in business for 5 years now with 2 trailer to serve the community our tasty Italian Ice. We cater birthday parties, family reunions, schools, corporate events and more. Our Italian ice is non diary, peanut free, cholesterol and fat free.

Our food truck, Jo-joes Sloppy Joes, started as a passion fueled by my love of cooking and sharing that joy with the community. I created this vision as an homage to my older brother Joe, affectionately known as “Big Joe”. The inspiration for our food truck came from the idea of offering a sloppy Joe trailer in his honor, reflecting his passion for bringing together friends and family. Our menu features gourmet sloppy Joe sandwiches crafted from fresh, local ingredients, allowing us to serve Jackson County food truck enthusiasts one messy sandwich at a time.
