The Rolling Griddle Food Truck

My aunt was diagnosed with cervical cancer and my mother and I would take care of her everyday and to treatments even with working full time jobs. Mom was cooking at a local place for 30 years. After a year and a half my aunt lost that battle with her cancer and we were left to take care of my grandparents. I bought the truck and mom runs it so she can schedule it around doctor appointments and care for my grandparents. She's an amazing chef and loves interacting with the customers.

We serve everything from a full breakfast (Grits, eggs, sausage, bacon) to pancakes, waffles, lunch sandwiches, salads, and crepes (sweet or savory). For catering events we can cater almost any menu that you need for your event. Signature Dish:  Crepes
