About Us
We have competed in BBQ competitions for 12 years. Covid caused us to go a different route and decided to sell our product to the public by adding a Celtic flare to our food. With my Scott, Irish heritage we decided to offer authentic Irish food. We offer free Pup Cups, 2 oz. of meat for the fur babies.
Our Food
Colorado Celtic Style BBQ. Traditional BBQ with a Highland flare. Serving Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs and our own unique Chopped Chicken. Our sides of Baked beans with 1 1/lb. bacon per gal. our creamy tart Coleslaw and the 7 cheese Mac & Cheese.
We also have an all authentic Irish menu with Scotch Eggs, Irish Guinness Stew, Corned beef, Cottage or Shepard's Pie and authentic Banger's and Mash. All Irish food served with mashed potatoes and sweet peas. Signature Dish: Baked Beans for BBQ and Banger's and mash , Scotch eggs
