About Us
Established in 2023 in Chicago, Route 66 Mobile Diner is a food truck specializing in classic American comfort food, nostalgic 1940s/50s diner vibes, and private catering. Founded by 30-year industry veteran Jonathan Burgett, the truck features stainless steel design, neon signage, and a 14ft awning for events.
We are Known for the "Blackstone" Reuben, "Pullman" BLT, "Mouse Trap" grilled cheese, Cheeseburgers, Italian Beef, and Hot Dogs
We are Available for corporate and private catering events, block parties, and weddings, offering both on-site food truck service and indoor catering.
We onlu use the finest ingredients including 100% Angus beef, Vienna Beef hot dogs, and S. Rosen's poppy seed buns.
We are located and primarily operate in the downtown Chicago area, offering a, "Windy City" experience with homemade soups, chili, and, desserts.
The business is BBB accredited and features a loyalty program. The 2026 season marks their participation in the 100th-anniversary celebrations of "The Mother Road," according to the Route 66 Mobile Diner Centennial page.

We proudly Serve Great Lakes Potato Chipc in 7 flavors- Original sea salt, Michigan Cherry BBQ, BBq, Sea Salt and Vinegar, Parmesan Ranch, Jalapeno Ranch, and Black Pepper Sea Salt and Onion
