About Us
Hot Mama’s Kitchen was created in January 2022 in memoriam of my late sister, Delorice “Ma Della” Barnes.
We cooked soul food for our family and friends for all the events and gatherings. We went on to work in our family owned business as cooks and opened our first brick and mortar “Sistahs Soul Food Café” together. After her passing in January 2022; I continued to bring our food vision to the people as a mobile food truck.
“Hotmama” is my nickname given to me by my grandson. Our trailer is new, but Hot Mama is well-seasoned when it comes to Soul food.
