After spending many years working in the action sports industry and attending industry trade shows eating burgers, pizza and no healthy options The idea was born and Aloha Acai Bowls became a reality. We bought a food truck and kicked off our business in 2016 at the Outdoor Retailer Trade show. Soon after we started serving up Aloha all over Southern California. Nothing but Acai Bowls and Shakkas! We serve 100% pure organic Acai, with a Flax seed blueberry granola. Order it with your favorite toppings, Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries, Peanut Butter and more. I grew up in a large family and my mom is an inspiration to me. She is a great cook and has taught me and my sisters how to cook. One of the foods that bring me back to my childhood is pastel, which is one of the most well-loved street foods in Brazil. Pastel is a deep-fried pastry known for its various fillings ranging from savory to sweet. Having a food truck has always being a dream of mine and I hope I can now share this delicious treat with the Sarasota and surrounding community.
