We started out as an online Tea company in Cincinnati but decided to relocate to the West Coast for more opportunities with our business.
As an adult, I was never a person who desired to drink alcohol. There are times when drinking water, tea or soda doesn’t pair well with meals but being able to order a Heineken Zero, a Nonalcoholic Mojito or Gin and Tonic made with Tanqueray zero just hits differently(FYI we are the only company in the US selling Tanqueray Zero).
We create our own tea flavor profiles and use them on the truck.

We started this Bachi truck and chose this menu because we liked the higher quality of product in the lobster, ribeye and filet. We are also at the age where we need to be more aware of the fuel our bodies are burning and care about the people who come to our window. Our vegetables are sturdy, seasonal and cooked a la minute to retain freshness and keep health benefits at their peak. We use ingredient that possess natural health benefits such as ginger, lemon and garlic. We love to eat and make every plate according to these parameters.
Andy and I went to highschool together and met sophomore year. In 1996 we went on a month long backpacking trip through Europe. On this trip we decided to go our separate ways, he in merchant services and me in the culinary world, and meet up again later to open a restaurant. That time is now and this is our concept! We spent over ten years running our Austin, TX based food company, Solar Falafel & Hummus bringing healthy food to the masses was our passion. Solar Falafel quickly became very well-known at festivals and events in Central Texas. Whether in the grocery stores of Texas or at the many Music Festivals, Street Fairs and Live Events across area, you would find us serving Grab n’ Go Pita Wraps and Healthy snacks with a smile, made with love.
From Austin City Limits Music Festivals to Willie Nelson’s Fourth of July Picnics, The Old Settlers Bluegrass Festivals to the Pecan Street Festivals on Austin’s infamous 6th Street, you could find Solar Falafel serving hundreds to tens of thousands of hungry, music lovers to rave reviews!
We love music, people and healthy food and missed the action so after taking a few years off and putting down Colorado roots we decided to bring our scratch-made, family recipes to the people by opening Rocky Mountain Wraps in 2019.
Rocky Mountain Wraps survived and prospered through the COVID Pandemic because of the high standards of safety for our staff, our patrons and ourselves, while serving and expanding our quality products without skipping a beat!
Rocky Mountain Wraps participates in local community events along with Catering Banquets, Weddings, Large Family Gatherings, as well as JEFFCO Schools PTA/Staff Lunches on and off our menu, offering options for all dietary needs.
We are venturing back to our old roots and we would love the opportunity to bring our healthy fresh pita wraps which are hand held, ecofriendly and perfect for today’s music lovers to our favorite venue, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.

I decided to open up Fit Smoothie because during my time playing college football at UCF and then playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, I found myself to be making either a smoothie or a protein shake twice a day. I think I just perfected the recipe that I became addicted to them and being an athlete it was a great snack or meal replacement that wasn’t full of sugar and I didn’t have any guilt for afterwards, haha.

Wil's Grill was started on the streets of Flagstaff in January of 2014 by John Christ and Karl Shilhanek. After noticing the potential for a mobile food business in Flagstaff, they decided to open a stand that would provide customers with a quality and versatile food selection prepared with care, and served with enthusiasm. After spending three months on the street corner, John and Karl took the grills around Northern Arizona, cooking everywhere from a music festival on a ranch in Flagstaff, to Frontier Days Rodeo in Prescott. As the two best friends honed their culinary skills, they realized the need in Northern Arizona for a catering service unlike the others. In June of 2015, Karl embarked on a new journey closer to his home town of Bellingham, WA. Karl will always be remembered as one of the original "grillbillies." His hard work and his good humored spirits will be missed. John will be taking over full time to continue providing Northern Arizona with premier catering services.
